This policy governs how ServerTurk handles illegal activities, harmful content, security threats, copyright violations, and all forms of network abuse occurring on its infrastructure.
The following actions qualify as abuse:
Copyright infringement (DMCA)
Malware, virus, trojan distribution
DDoS, flooding, botnet activity
Spam emails
Phishing attacks
Illegal content
Game exploits / cheats
Unauthorized proxy/VPN usage
Torrent/warez distribution
Harmful traffic behavior
Any violation of ServerTurk’s terms
Abuse reports may come from:
BTK
ISP carriers
International upstream providers
Copyright holders
Cybersecurity organizations
Private individuals
ServerTurk immediately starts the abuse-handling process and notifies the customer.
Upon receiving an abuse notice, the customer must:
Respond within 12 hours
Stop the offending activity
Remove the violating files
Apply technical fixes
Provide explanation or proof
Failure to respond may result in suspension.
The following situations may lead to immediate suspension without prior notice:
Active DDoS attacks
Botnet command/control activity
Spam or phishing outbreaks
Malware distribution
Hacking attempts
BTK emergency orders
Upstream carrier instructions
For copyright-related notices:
The customer is responsible for responding to the copyright holder
The violating material must be removed
Repeated violations may lead to permanent termination
ServerTurk is not a legal party in DMCA disputes.
For cross-border complaints:
Customer is notified
Fixing the issue is mandatory
Failure to comply may result in traffic limits or suspension
(FiveM, Minecraft, MTA, Rust, ARK, etc.)
Abuse includes:
Exploits/cheats
DDoS tools
Resource-draining scripts
Unauthorized game assets
Copyright-infringing models/textures
Possible actions:
Warning
Temporary suspension
Traffic limitation
Permanent termination
ServerTurk may skip steps depending on severity.
ServerTurk is not responsible for:
Illegal actions performed by customers
Copyright penalties
ISP-enforced blocks or restrictions
Script/plugin-induced abuse
Malware infections
Blacklisting of IP addresses due to spam
These events are not grounds for refunds or compensation.
